By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that fulfillment dates may change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, preorder purchases are non-cancelable once production has begun.
Orders containing preorder items may ship together once all items become available.

By attending a SACRA event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with event participation, including risks related to crowds, lighting effects, performances, sound systems, and physical event environments.
Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued except where required by law.

By attending SACRA events, you grant SACRA STUDIO LLC and its affiliates the irrevocable right to photograph, record, film, and use your likeness, image, appearance, voice, and participation for promotional, editorial, artistic, archival, commercial, and social media purposes without compensation or additional consent.
