Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Many SACRA items are produced in limited quantities or made-to-order. Processing times may vary during launches, holidays, collaborations, or high-volume periods.

Most in-stock orders ship the following business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are provided directly through our shipping carriers at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

SACRA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

  • Delivery interruptions outside of our control

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries.

International customers are responsible for:

  • VAT charges

  • Additional carrier processing fees required by their country

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing and local carriers.

Please note that some international shipments may experience delays beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email containing your shipment details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

SACRA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If additional assistance is needed, contact us at sacraevents@gmail.com
