Returns & Exchanges


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations

  • Returned with original packaging when possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited edition releases

  • Accessories

  • Pins

  • Keychains

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as SACRA is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us before sending your return.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact sacraevents@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
